I am very lucky with my routine, it’s not set out by anyone else and I can allow the time to do things that I enjoy, things that make me happy. .. I also have a great team behind me, I have an amazing family and friend circle that will help out at the drop of a hat if I need them to. .. Having a structured routine is key to being successful. .. This mornings Move It Mama workout did not go well. In fact I didn’t finish it 😪 I have the beginnings of a flu and feel rubbish but I thought I’d carry on my normal routine to set myself up for the day. I find if I workout in the morning I’m more likely to eat right for the day and I’m way more productive. Not to mention the fact that if I don’t get it done early as the day goes on it’s harder to find that me time without the Mum guilt that I should be playing with the kids, or cleaning or doing any one of the 101 items on my to do list instead. And there’s way more time for me to think up excuses to not exercise 🤫 However it turns out on this occasion I should have had a rest day....I’ve rambled more on my tumblr (which I’m finding to be really good for my mental health). Drinking my@healthiest meal of my day today as I snack on this in between lunch and dinner. I am off my schedule.
