Hi, my name is Pip Rush 👋🏻 This week I’m starting “operation actually pay myself some attention for once” ❤️ That simply means making sure I take a little time for me to do these 8 things: 🍽 Trialing eating the Low FODMAP way to see if it helps my IBS symptoms 💊 Taking my supplements every day (Vitamin C, Probiotic, Fish Oil, Supabee & Magnesium) 🚰 Drinking at least 2L of water 🥤 @luxefitness protein smoothie, fat burner and sleep burner every day ☕️ @fitwithseralilly cleanse tea every evening 💫 Continue to do @moveitmamasparkleon HIIT workouts 6 days a week 🛁 Do my @goodnessproducts skincare routine morning and night 💤 Be in bed by 9:30pm weeknights I am also restarting #pipsunpudging with 💯 percent commitment. I did my weight and measurements this morning, took photos and will use my Fitbit to log my food and exercise. BUT my mindset has changed from just wanting the number on the scales to go down to a focus on being fit and eating healthy (most the time!) as well 👊🏻 My weight fluctuates crazily day to day so it shouldn’t be the be all and end all. 21/05/2018: Chest 100.5cm. Hips 103cm. Waist 89cm. Bum 110cm. Weight 85.2kg. 📖 Never shared my weight before! (#BTW that emoji is representing me being an open book). So as well as consistently eating right and exercising I would ideally like to get back to my pre kids weight which was between 70-75kg so a goal of 10kg to start.
