Coronation Street Cake. The cake is a three layer vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and decorated with fondant. The chimneys and bay window are made out of shortbread biscuit. The front of the cake features the iconic Rovers Return pub and the left side is celebrating a birthday with banners and balloons. The two remaining sides feature prime locations from the show: Underworld, Roy's Rolls, Street Cars, The Kabin and Audrey's hair salon.
