Training time!
New term, new training! While I can't say i've missed the pain, the early mornings, the ergs (especially not the ergs!) I have really missed rowing and I'm pumped to be back!
Training kicked off yesterday with a water session, a circuit and some team discussion of goals and plans. This year, we start hard and go harder - so watch out, Nationals!
I'm going to be training at least 5 days a week from now on, which means up to 10 hours a week. I'm pretty nervous to start putting myself and my body through this but I can't wait to start seeing myself push my boundaries!
