where does it say that ashton hit that high note because for a year i thought t was calum and i need to know because that note saved my soul

So here’s the problem: there’s nothing with it written, they’ve never been asked and there’s no solid evidence other than the fact that you can hear Luke singing, and the high note doesn’t have the same tone as Calum’s voice, it’s too sharp.. Cal has a very rustic tone and although I’m sure he can hit the high note, I’m about 99% sure it’s Ashton. Mostly because when you listen to Ashton sing, he’s able to hit high notes with ease and have the same tone/pitch as the voice in the song. By giving him the awesome high note there, it can be taken out in live performances so it doesn’t fuck with the whole song and still sound good but it also gives Calum time to prepare for his solo that comes shortly after that bit.. Does that make sense? I’ve thought about this way too much.
