Sorry I haven’t been posting, I was super caught up in art fight and burning out and stuff, here’s some Dark Choco angst. I have this headcanon that after the Strawberry Sword incident with his father he ran away until he couldn’t run anymore, coincidentally he ended up in the Hollyberry Kingdom where he was discovered in the palace gardens by Royalberry Cookie who was shocked to see him and more shocked at the state he was in.

Look, I don’t usually do mothers/ Father’s Day stuff, but were currently in the middle of an update about Hollyberry and I feel like people tend to forget about the fact that she’s a mother. A mother thats trying her best, is struggling, and somehow still managed to raise a sensitive and kind king (even if he is a bit of a coward). I know that man probably loves his mother to death and back.

So. Ya know;

I imagine that Royalberry is fantastic with floriography (the language of flowers) and every bouquet he makes is specifically catered to what message he wants to send. The flowers that Hollyberry is meant to be holding here are Yarrow which, according to almanac.com (my current source), are supposed to mean “Everlasting Love”. I feel like that sums up Royalberry to a tee. I know he loves his mom :)

Hey @lizzy-eternal-star I made a design for royalberry in the au where he got adopted by burning spice I didn't know what to make his clothes look like

And some ideas for him like what weapon he uses and other fun facts

His weapons are a staff and a spear

He trains with his siblings capsaicin and nutmeg tiger and his father burning spice

He has a on going rivalry with rich cheese

Dark Choco: I didn't say it matters if they like but they at least people will know our story and why we did this

Royalberry: yeah it doesn't matter if they like it or not

Lore time ok basically when the two love birds were young they ran away together and started a new life as two dads just trying to figure out life there two kids

1.they aren't related many people headcanon that they are in canon

2. White lily is theirs kids godmother/ auntie lily and was a mother figure for royalberry

3. Theirs parents are still looking for them
