it’s actually insane how you can spend weeks building a muse — like actually building them. not just a faceclaim and a vibes playlist but full-on lore, voice, history, hooks, the whole deal — and instead of ppl being excited to write with them they’re just… threatened???
like sorry my oc didn’t come out of the oven half-baked. sorry she’s charismatic. sorry she’s actually ready to plot and ship and do the whole collaborative storytelling thing this hobby is supposed to be about.
you know what it really is? it’s ppl realizing you didn’t come here to play in their sandbox, you came here to build a whole damn castle, and now they can’t control the tide.
but nooo, god forbid you show up with something good. suddenly it’s “too much” and “too polished” and “too main character” — as if that’s somehow a crime.
i didn’t come here to win. but if you’re gonna turn it into a competition… guess who’s already ahead.
asks open. no rules. come play. 24hr submissions. no graphics. no aesthetics. just tea.
RPC Tea served fresh daily
r/jcinktea: a repository for jcink tea and other rpc-related discourse
no ip tracking. moderated comment threads. snazzy user flair.
make a throwaway. spill the tea. dig the discourse.
can you turn off the skin on the comments page? it’s in settings. it makes reading threads easier
I went and looked at the settings, anon, and I can't figure out what you're talking about. If you can submit a screenshot of the setting you mean, I can give it another go. We want our site to be as user friendly as possible!
is it possible to make the threads less annoying than they were on jcinkanon
Like our rules say, we won't let people be queerphobic, racist, or anything similar. We can do our best to block obvious trolls. But other than that, everyone's definition of annoying is different, sorry anon.
