Looking for Rper's!

Hello everyone! My friends and I are looking for people who would like to RP a Zombieland + Darker than black!. No worries about whether you haven't watched the anime, just under the concept! We're only taking a few pts from it! I'll put the rules, lore, and Google Forms in the keep reading. plot:

It is now an ordinary day among most of the people and contractors going about their business as it reaches the afternoon on a Saturday. Some kids are at school for sports or extra studies, some people are still working away at their jobs, some are chilling at home, or, like most on a Saturday, they are out on the town hanging with friends or shopping. All seems fine till screaming breaks out, then people running from other people, but these people aren't normal. They're jumping on people and attacking them in a gruesome way, from biting limbs to tearing out throats. People run for safety while a few of the contractors that are nearby attempt to help, and all is going to shit fast as you, yourself, find yourself stuck among the chaos. You can escape and at least find shelter for the night, but upon seeing the sky, most of the stars were active, but as night rolls on thousands of shooting stars begin falling all signaling the multiple deaths or contractors everywhere. Will you be able to survive?

Here are some of our rules please follow them. You will get three strikes before you are out or the roleplay.

Be kind and don't cause drama.

We are allowing everyone a max of 2 characters. This includes if you have twins as we will allow everyone 1 Normal character (no powers) and 1 contractor character (with powers). If you have twins one has to have the power and the other not, or you could do what Meme and I plan on doing and letting someone have one of your twins and you play as the other.

There will be no god-modding or forced relationships. It is fine to see if someone is willing to accept being hit on, but you will not force that person into a relationship with you. Ex: If you play a yandere and go after a character if the person playing that character clearly states they don't want that interaction you must stop. Another Ex: You can't start the rp dating another character unless they approve or randomly show up saying you're their lover. It all has to be discussed and agreed upon.

Blacklist:

No Bleeding (No personal feelings mixed into the rp) No NSFW (Dms are ok but not in the server) In-Character Actions equal In-Character Consequences No Characters under 18 (We are keeping away from pedophilia people please) No over essive gore (We understand this is a Zombie Apocalypse however so people find too much gore unappealing so keep gore to minimum) No Incest Characters please

LORE: (As a quick reference most of this idea comes from a show called Darker than Black however I am only taking a few points from it and not the whole show as a whole) The sky had always been a false sky for over 50 years since an incident with people suddenly gaining powers. Instead of the usual stares you would find in the sky instead would be a star set for every person who owned a power and the star would become bright when activating this power. The government tries to control the people who possess these powers once their power becomes active by using them for any type of mission they see fit whether its working for the military, spy work, or even assassinations. However if the person refuses to help the government they are taken away and locked away or killed for their resistance. There are the lucky few that after realizing they have the power that go into hiding moving from place to place still using their power, join a resistance against the government, or refuse to use the power again attempting to live normal lives. These people have also earned the name Contractors. The Contractors who possess these powers also have to be very careful with their powers as they could easily die due to the payment required after using the power. Once a power awakens its user suddenly knows what type of payment is required and will automatically make the payment. However this could also be a cost to the person depending what power they have as some powers require simple task as in folding corners in a book, eating a dandelion, singing, playing an instrument, or cooking; to something more hard as in breaking their fingers, drinking that could lead to liver failure, stabbing themselves with needles, and a few more gruesome acts. This leads into why they earn the name Contractors as they make a contract with the power to use it. Some of the people that possess those powers tend to be the ones that never use their power again, but if a Contractor refuses or can't complete the contract with their power, as in they don't have the item for the contract as in a book to fold the corners, the Contractor will die.

Due to a lack of activity this year, My best friend and I are looking for folks interested in joining our RP.

It centres around a city for mythological beings// more specifically a school. To give an idea of what we mean by this: -Vampires -witches/ wizards/ exc -immortal beings (Angels/ descendants/ demons -werewolves -humans with abilities

We prefer to stick towards the fantasy theme more so then say sci-fi or w/e and preferably humanoid in appearance.

The school is broken into 4 houses based on elements, and students are sorted by personality traits or ambitions.

-water -fire -earth -sky

We are also looking for staff members and other city residents as well! It doesn’t have to be a student!

Rules:

1. Only one page per character~ you can have more then one character but they need to have separate pages.

2. All characters need at least a brief bio that describes history, appearance and skills and abilities as well as species.

3. All characters need a photo (we use zerochan for a lot of our pictures! Reference artwork if you can find a source)

4. ****important****: we write as if we’re writing a story! We use proper grammar and full paragraphs. You can make an intro post and someone will respond. It’s like reading a book or something. Spelling and punctuation please~ occasional errors are fine but none of this:

5. No godmodding. Your character must have weaknesses and it cannot control other characters unless an agreement is made between the two rpers. Some examples of this are~

-Sire bond between a vampire and a human

-power sharing between two characters

-powers that involve manipulation of another character

(If you have an agreement with the other rper that’s fine)

6. NSFW Archs require a header. We try and keep it fairly classy as far as vocabulary due to the age range of our rpers but as long as there is a ((nsfw content)) at the top; it’s all good. We tend to use replacement words a lot which you’ll come to see over time.

7. Try and keep your characters in one place at a time! Indicate your location in your posts and characters will respond accordingly. We have a reference album with some ideas for locations! Feel free to think outside the box though, it’s a Mythological city after all! Also the Master Page is ‘Cantatis City’ all posts can go there ((unless you want to do a private RP or something then you can post on chat pages it’s up to you))

8. Research before posting~ check out other Archs on the wall and check out character pages! Message me or the Cantatis City page and one of us will answer any questions. :)
