Prompt: carnival game

The summary says it all most of it, but you’ll have to read to get the full effect! The fast pacing and wonderful wit of this one made it very enjoyable for me. The stakes are high when your assistant is being suspended over a lava pit against her will! I always appreciate when this author starts their fics in medias res, and this one is no exception. Plus, their akuma design is so fun I couldn’t resist doodling her.

please enjoy this wip while I dread going into work with a sore thumb/wrist when i have to likely wrap candles and/or carry heavy boxes :,) I'll be ok but boy howdy I'm bummed lol.

in the middle of moving atm, so have a wee 30min pencil sketch of future dad/daughter time :3c he’s helping her with her martial arts form!!

meet Aya and Zaras! aya is named after her auntie Nya, while Zaras takes his name from Zarkar (iirc Ras’ ancestor) and his papa :3

some head canons under ze cut hehe.

— baby Aya loves to bat papa’s braid whenever ras holds her

— tigers can’t purr, but they do chuff, something Ras had repressed but now does often thanks to the twins

— the twins both have oni horns and teeth, and will gain their dragon wings once they’re fully grown, but otherwise they’re basically pure tiger-people

— the twins are both afraid of riyu until they’re closer to his size and can talk like their dads can (which isn’t until they’re about six months old, and it’s babbles like human speech progression)

— whenever they’re held, they often knead the clothing of whomever is holding them, especially if it’s auntie Nya or Sora

— Aya has the same coloring as Ras, while Zaras has gold stripes instead of pink with the same base color.
