Likewhat happened, what did yo try to do. What?(Reasons why I dont dye my hair any more. You never know what you get. Project grey rat continues here. It has been over a year since I dyed my hair last time. Yay!)

i probably should've known this would happen. i dyed my hair with non-permanent color a few months ago (october, i think?). it was supposed to wash out in 20-24 washes, but didn't. it faded, sure, but my natural hair color is blonde and hair dye just sticks. so i bought a packet of permanent blonde hair dye and put it in. i've done this before, dyed my hair lighter (yes, i know the difference between dye and bleach. i dyed), but it didn't really work out this time. i suppose the word i would use to describe my color now is "dark gold", which sounds really fancy, but doesn't suit me, at all. 

i like being a redhead, but i fucking hate having to re-dye. i don't have anyone who wants or can help me, either.

And I might even have taken a photo of one of the signs. And have shown the photo to everyone who wasn’t at the jamboree… and told proudly that I know the designer :D

What are you reading at the moment? (And why isn't that book/one of those books with you now?) Did you ask for any books for Christmas?

I'm actually not reading anything at the moment. ;_; I MEANT to bring "Let It Snow" with me, but I was putting a water bottle in my purse so I took the book out of it for a second (I didn't want the water on top of the book because I'm paranoid) and... I forgot to put the book back in my purse. So it's sitting on my table at home.

I didn't ask for any books for Christmas (but did ask for a Barnes & Noble gift card). However, I'm going to stop at the library today and I'm hoping to get "The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer" by Michelle Hodkin, "Dash & Lily's Book of Dares" By David Levithan and Rachel Cohn, and "The Near Witch" by Victoria Schwab. I'll also wander around a bit in case I spot something else, and I'm considering grabbing a Tess Gerritsen book if they have one that I haven't read (which they probably will since I've only read the Rizzoli & Isles books).

No one's asking? So sad. Well, were MJ and Felicity different than you expected? How?

Just for starting, I met both of them for the first time at LeakyCon.

Felicity wasn't really any different than I expected. I became friends with her through twitter before actually meeting her. She's very awesome and really does follow MJ around making sure that things don't blow up (which is more necessary than you think). I think the only difference was that she was a bit quieter than I expected but then I expect people to be as loud as me. All in all, Felicity's extremely lovely and I'm so glad I can call her a friend.

As for Maureen... I don't really know what I was expecting. I mean, the first time I saw her at Leaky, I almost screamed just because... it's Maureen Johnson! I was kind of terrified to meet her honestly because I look up to her so much.

I can say, however, that she is every bit as awesome as she appears on twitter. She does randomly stress certain words ESPECIALLY when dressed as Actual John Greeen. I wasn't expecting her to have magic fairy powers so that's something. At one point a friend and I were trying to get to the opposite side of a crowded room and we knew MJ was somewhere behind us. She beat us to the other side and we have NO IDEA HOW. This happened several times and so we decided that she's magic.

Oh, and Maureen swears a lot. It's really entertaining though. Other than that, Maureen is pretty much the exact same in real life as she is on twitter. But with more crazy accents.
