When you can find really snappy green beans, you don't need to do much to make them fabulous. A quick turn in a hot pan in your fat of choice, here walnut oil, a clove of garlic, minced, coarse sea salt, pinch of red pepper flakes...add a splash of water and cover the pan for a minute.
