wait so chief, then deputy, damon gant saw a serial killer, a 14 year old, and one of his cop's brother all passed out in a room during a power outage after interrogating the serial killer and whole ass killed a man with one sharp object, planted evidence (by stabbing a corpse!!) so he could properly convict the serial killer for serial killing elsewhere, and framed it on the 14 year old so he could manipulate another detective AND close the serial killings case??? What?? THEN he fired/demoted a bunch of people investigating the serial killer to cover it up, and then two years later 1/2 guys he didn't fire for asking questions, so he kills him and makes the lady he's manipulating hide the evidence and then makes her turn herself in. And Still went to jail. Impressive.
