RT-9/10 (structure maintenance) RT-14/15 (asbestos abatement crew) RT-62/63 (structure maintenance) RT-41 (tie tamper) RT-17 (tunnel washer) + RT-13 (flatcar) ??? RT-13 coupled to RT-17. haven't seen it together with its usual asbestos crew in a long while. very strange
Sightings @ Davisville Yard, 2025/03/04, 18:00
RT-14/15 (asbestos abatement crew!!) RT-89 (track vacuum) + a flatcar, most likely RT-57 RT-41 (tie tamper) RT-62/63 (structure maintenance) RT-46 (drain vacuum)
got so excited to see RT-14/15 again that I took exactly 62 photos of them lol. odd to see them separated from RT-13 still though. also this is the first time I've seen RT-89 outside of greenwood yard. its size looks a lot less impressive when you're standing above it

RT-41 (tie tamper) RT-13 (asbestos abatement)
very uneventful day at davisville! RT-13 being on its own is a bit worrying :( I haven't seen RT-14 and RT-15 in quite some time and I'm starting to worry that they're the two mystery scrapped trains. fingers crossed that they're just getting maintenance done in the shops or something!
Sightings @ Davisville Yard, 2024/12/25, 16:00
RT-21 & RT-41 (both tie tampers. was fun to see them right next to each other) RT-32/33 (structure maintenance) RT-62/63 (structure maintenance) RT-29 (tunnel liner rehab. I find the spraypainted-on nametag extremely funny) RT-38/39 (structure maintenance equipped with crane arm!! exciting because I'd been starting to suspect that these trains had been retired)
haven't visited the yards since december as it's been very cold and I've been very busy :( as soon as being outside becomes bearable again I'll resume my regular visits! I miss my silly yellow trains
Sightings @ Greenwood Yard, 2024/12/23, 16:00
RT-90/91 (track inspection) RT-8 (rail delivery buggies) ST-7?? (scarborough RT locomotive?? what are you doing here) RT-41 (tie tamper) RT-79 & 78 (ballast buggies) RT-40 (ballast delivery) RT-71 (locomotive) RT-28 (crane) RT-89 (track vacuum) RT-88 (crane) RT-57 (flatcar)
I finally got a proper camera with a zoom lens!! The difference is crazy, I was expecting it to be an improvement but I did not anticipate that I'd be able to see from one end of the yard to the other
