#RTHH - Real Talk Hip Hop - Kendrick Lamar's album might be finished and have more rock influence. Former Billboard editorial director and columnist for 'Bill Werde' has tweeted stating that Kendrick Lamar is done recording his album and that there it seems to be more rock infused thsi time around. Werde writes: "Did anyone not named Beyonce release better, more meaningful back-to-back albums last decade than Kendrick Lamar? Are you interested to know that I hear from several friends that recording on the new album may finally be done? And that he’s pulling in more rock sounds this time?" He also mentions that just because the recording of Kendrick's album is seemingly done, that this doesn't mean there will be a release anytime soon, as albums tend to get redone and additional studio time sometimes needs to be done. - Safe to say #Kdot is cooking up something for sure, the rumor it being rock infused is certainly interesting, the source seems credible enough, given the people this columnist might know, and just the fact that Kendrick has been quiet for sometime now would lead us to believe K Dot is definitely cooking up an album. we'll keep you posted.
