Beautiful piece that I ran across... how have I not listened to this before? I have the damned CD, even.
I like it better than other Rubbra stuff I've heard. Makes me want to play all that Eastern Orthodox-inspired viola literature.
Oh, and Lawrence Power is the violist. Delish.
