Hmm so I’m having a pretty hard time deciding the pokemon I want on my team. I want to eventually try competitive battling because I’ve never tried it before, but right now I’m honestly just going with pokemon I like lol. But I want to try to be different and use pokemon that most people wouldn't expect, so please don't tell me the most popular pokemon for competitive battling because I know what they are.

Wigglytuff (which most people think is bad but I have to disagree) • Reflect • Light Screen • Dazzling Gleam • Wish

Nintales with Drought • Solar beam • Flamethrower • Will-o-wisp • Hex

Wailord/Lanturn/Milotic ?? I really love them, but if I have Wailord it’s moves will probably be: • Water Spout • Ice Beam • Earthquake • Scald

Mega Banette/Mega Sableye/Dusknoir ?? Mega Banette though would probably be: • Destiny Bond • Shadow Sneak • Knock off • Will-o-wisp

Venusaur/Vileplume/Roserade ?? Not sure what the moves would be, but I’m leaning towards Vileplume or Roserade because they can learn aromatherapy

Dragonite/Garchomp/Altaria/Salamence ?? Yeah not sure which dragon type I want or the moves, I just need something that’s fast because the majority of my team is super slow.

But those are the options that I have so far so if anyone can give me any advice from a competitive side or just an opinion on pokemon that they’ve used and liked, I’d greatly appreciate it! :>
