Made an order from @wholefoods and decided to pick up a #rubychocolate bar and give it a try. This is incredible, it tastes tangy and fruity, but it's creamy, and the of course has the consistency of regular chocolate. It’s not very sweet, but it is slightly fruity, slightly sour, and mostly blah. Interested still to see what brands do with it in the future though - I didn’t like dark chocolate either until I found some good applications of it (looking at your Dark Chocolate Oreos).
