Rudi's gluten free bread
It was on sale at Giant today so I picked up a loaf.
Not bad honestly. The flavor is good, to me it seems like the slices are a bit bigger than Udi's bread which is nice. Just microwave the two slices you need for a sandwich for about 10 seconds on each side and let cool for a moment.
It's not as dense as Udi's but it is kind of sticky. Not sure if it is the moisture from being frozen and then microwaved. I tried the "original" flavor. I liked it. I'd buy again.
I am very glad that bag of Udi's multigrain is finally empty. That shit was way too dry.
Last night I made grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon and tomato, muenster chz, and Rocky Mountain Sourdough, grilled in a cast-iron skillet, with a side of Van Camp’s pork and beans, to which I added bacon, bbq sauce, and sriracha aka rooster sauce. Totally fucking kick ass.
