The corner room at the Hôtel de la Marine, overlooking the Rue de Rivoli and Tuileries, Paris. Today I spent my morning booking tickets and reserving restaurants ahead of my trip to Paris next week. One place in particular that I am looking forward to visiting is the recently refurbished Hôtel de la Marine. Along with its unabashedly lavish rooms, I have also booked to see the Al Thani collection which is currently on display there. My trip to the hôtel wouldn’t be complete without visiting Café Lapérouse for dinner, the gorgeous restaurant located in main courtyard of the hôtel.
