Welcome back to another Our Life: Here and After🌷 discussion!!

🌸I had so much fun talking moments last time and I thought it be cool to talk again, brainstorm some more things, more wants!

🌷One topic of discussion could be the MC’s family! For example, I thought it be cool if we could have two dads, as like a fun parallel to OLBA

🌿But I don’t want to deny the idea of a non-binary parent, or an aunt, or an uncle! Again, discussion!

🌸One thing I know I want for Here and After is having the LIs be primarily female, similarly to how OLBA was focused on male LIs

☀️I plan to design the characters soon so if you have ideas for LIs please talk about that too! Whether it’s their personalities or character design! Give me your brains!

🧼But again, this is a discussion! You can share ideas that I haven’t mentioned yet, I want this to be a sorta community joined thing!

some quick concept art for Our Life: Here and After (olha) main li (by @cosmicwifirouter) its just a simple design and needs some details

I like to think she's really soft and sensitive in step 1, though i think she seems more like cove in this art LMAO. Her special hair quirk is that the purple parts of her hair glow in the dark, or maybe the purple hair IS the special quirk, idk though 😢

Along with that, she loves gardening! It soothes her a lot, hence the overalls and the gardening gloves.

In my head, the game lis basically be similar to olba in the sense that she's the main li along with 2 dlc lis.

As for the cameos, renee and her family could come here for vacation to explore some area in the town, and for the jerk squad idk 😢 I also like the idea of her being like, a niece to yusuf

There's a new character on the blog!! I had been thinking about creating family for Helga for a long time, and this seemed like a good idea. Now I feel a little inspired to draw a big family tree someday

Something I think would be a cool (albeit, slightly tricky) feature would be “dynamic” weather. When you start a moment there’s a random chance that the weather on non weather-based moments can turn from casual to one of three variations- rainy, windy, or flowery. It won’t affect the theme of the moment or general premise, but it could be subtle or change where certain things happen.

Picture this: a moment where you have a picnic and pick flowers:

Rainy: Dark clouds at the start, rain falls in the middle of the picnic, and using an umbrella to pick flowers or staying under the porch to pick them from bushes.

Windy: Descriptions of billowing clothes, grass, and hair, making a game out of keeping the picnic blanket down, finding dandelions and wishing on them.

Flowery: Brighter nature colors, if your MC is allergic to pollen then it comes up while you sit and eat, and you get way more flowers, maybe even a gc or icon for it.

Again, the changes wouldn’t be major or affect important moments, but it’s be a nice homage to the types of spring weather people get.
