✿ Please always remember that your health *always* comes first, my sweet little one 💕 If you can’t follow a rule because you’re not feeling well, that’s completely okay. Just let Mommy/Daddy know as soon as you can so I don’t worry about you.

✿ Don’t forget to eat and drink regularly, okay? Your body needs care, and mommy/daddy wants you to feel healthy and strong 🎀

✿ Try to get enough rest, alright? Cute and curious littles like you need lots of energy 💤

✿ You can text me or send me pictures as much as you like. I am always happy to hear from you Baby 💕

✿ If you can’t check your phone for a while or need some quiet time, just let me know – not because you have to, but so I don’t worry about my little one.
