Today I left my flat for the first time in 11 days. I got all of the food I needed and now have no intention of leaving the flat again until I next need milk in around 12 days time. Everyone was shopping sensibly but lots of people were not keeping 6ft away from others. It made me very nervous. I was on edge the whole time.
