Rule Forty Five

Merlin must keep his hands visible while sitting at the table beside either master

Reason- Mash, Fou and Romani do not trust the Caster beside the masters without his hands visible. Failure to comply will result in being locked in a room with Fou

Rule Forty Four

Coffee is forbidden to all classes with the exception of Rulers and Avengers after what the Casters did.

Reason- Ritsuka and Myra don’t like waking up in the middle of random groups of monsters.

Merlin is stay at least  feet from any drunk Chaldea employee, Master, or the rare case of a drunk Servant
