Appreciate A Dragon Day ~ Dragon Booster: Earth-Class Dragons

The brown Earth-Class dragon was originally bred for digging and demolishing, and this dragon can do all of that and more but not without good reason. This old breed is very smart and won’t necessarily do what you want unless he agrees with you. Once on your side, these steady, thoughtful and powerful dragons are very destructive. When crossed, they can go out of control in a judgmental frenzy.

Will of the Dragon Crew

So I’m watching Misjudged, and something just occurred to me as the Race Marshall yelled out: “Leader of the powerful Will of the Dragon Crew!”

...where are they?

I mean, we always see the banner in the background of the Down City Council room, but as far as I’m aware you never see a member wearing the colors or symbol. We later see, at the end of the series, one other earth dragon aside from Rumbull, but I don’t even remember from where. Kawake’s brother, Shane, rode Rumbull in the last episode when he played drag-ball alongside Artha.

If this crew is so mighty and important, then where the hell are they?
