Run3rd was set up by my favorite #Goonie @seanastin and along with the @run3rdalliance they help raise money for after school programs. . . This year again I am in Richmond, VA and will be running the 5k virtually (yes that's an option too) and my #run3rd dedication is a broad extension to anyone and everyone that struggles with depression and any other feelings of "unworthiness" that feel there is no way out. I run for you. . . To slightly expound upon that. I personally felt that way and really it took a big shift for me to look for the positive, to always know there is a way out and to become better.
