Making up my #virtual5k from the @run3rd5k this passed weekend. . . It is a horrible time but im just happy my knee didnt buckle and fall since this was my first 5k since i had a slipped disc in my lower back in November that damaged my sciatic nerve and severly atrophied my left quadricep and causes neuropathy in my lower left leg...i am so out of shape and need to get back into it. . . #Run3rd . . 1st I run for Me 2nd I run for my Family 3rd I run for YOU (this time im running for all those struggling with life...don't give up.
