At 4 pm today, my apartment complex got our water back. The last time I took a shower was Tuesday. I had eaten a pint of ice cream and 2 packets of those Belvita breakfast biscuits on Tuesday and Wednesday. By Thursday, I was down to the 2 packets of Belvita biscuits and a cup of water. So if politicians won't do their jobs, I will. I sent an email to Run for Something saying that I don't care what it is, but I hate Ted Cruz and John Cornyn and they have to go.

Edit: FUCK! The plants on my balcony are all going to die. Goodbye to the haworthia, pencil cactus, aloes, straw cacti, and my amaryllis bulbs. The ferocactus and the pappillio hippaestrum seem to be ok. The orchids and the monstera deliciosa are all inside and doing fine. The cryptanthus also on the nearly dead list. Not watering it for over a week seems to have done it in.
