If you haven’t tried dry needling I 10/10 would recommend it. I started PT again on my hip at a different place and it’s a lot better since they’re sports performance focused. They did dry needling on my lower back, gave me exercises and stretches to do, then did stim as well. I already am feeling a lot better.
My boyfriend had a mile race on Saturday and finished in 6:04 (yeah he’s speedy). It was a cool local meet. I definitely want to try and do the next one.
