It's nearly 30 degrees today, with sunlight melting snow on the pavement and no wind. Compared to the negatives we've been in for the last month, I'm saying "fuck it" and going to go out for a run. I've missed it terribly and have too much restlessness and energy to keep myself entertained with yoga or weight training this week. Come at me, old man winter.
