Hi I just found your blog and found out that you are trying to lose and you are doing such a good job! and right now I am also trying and im slowly losing weight but I just wanted to know if you have any helpful hints?
Awe thank you so much! And yeah of course I do :) As far as loosing it slowly goes i would say all you really need to do is portion control, balanced diet, and clean eating so try and cut out all the processed foods that have lots of chemicals in them :) You can loose anywhere from 2-15 lbs a month doing that <3 hope this helps and good luck! I'm sure you'll do amazing
