A really nice long run and then hanging out with a bunch of really good friends and some strangers (because I love meeting new people) at a party where people are actually dancing all our and not worried about what other people think.

Hmm I would love to go back to Isreal! or England because my family's from there. But Australia also sounds really cool...

9. Do you have any phobia?

I'm a bit (okay, more than a bit) scared of spiders. Even though I know they can't hurt me, I still freak out a bit when I see one in my house

10. Has there been in your life someone who really inspired you?

There were a few girls I met in treatment that truly influenced who I am today and my perspective on life. I wish I could put their names down because they really mean so much to me.

I am not very superstitious but I do sorta believe that what goes around comes back around.

The hockey season hasn't even been finished for 24 hours and I already miss it. This was the best team I've ever been a part of and I'm so, so incredibly proud of my girls/women.

Yesterdays game was the hardest I've ever played. I was on the whole game, tailing one of their strongest players on the wing and I have never run so much in my life. On top of the 70 minutes we also went into extra time, and I was one of the only people not to get a rest and am very proud of my fitness improvements. Seriously I never would have believed I could run for 75ish minutes straight, towards the end of the game I felt myself getting hungry from the energy I had burned.

Wow my legs killed today though. Because we went to golden goal and then had presentations straight after, none of us did a cool-down or any stretching - big mistake, huge. DOMs/lactic acid like crazy today. I walked for about an hour and a half earlier so hopefully that will help.

Is it normal to be insanely ravenous the day after significant exercise?? (Does this even count as significant exercise?)  I've eaten almost the entire fridge and pantry and am still starving. So confused. Fitblrs plz help me!!! (I'm tagging you)

Also I'm missing New York a lot. But what else is new?
