Day 13 of #lovelyogis February Yoga Challenge: Unsupported Cobra
I have a hard time keeping my feet on the floor with this pose; they want to rise up with my shoulders, so that's a challenge for me. This is wonderful for strengthening and adding flexibility in the back, which I need, and also works the abs, which everyone needs, right? :-)
One thing I love: Summer thunderstorms, especially at night.
