Alright guys, let me start by saying the entirety of this post will be 100% out of character. This is a post I feel the need to make due to absences in Pharloomblr.
I have seen, several times even, that after someone resigns from Pblr indefinitely, someone immediately goes to fill their place. And, since I, and my blogs are affiliated with them specifically, I have noticed so for the Mantis Lords and Monomon- monomon and specifically Thistle I believe? Maybe Carol too idk, are currently being hosted by Dryya’s mod.
Which is what i am leading up to.
I have made the ultimate decision that I will not be hosting Orchid’s side of the Mantis Lords.
The reason is simple: i simply cannot, within the constraints of my own mind, ever replicate or even fathom what goes on behind the writing of Orchid.
Therefore, if somebody else decides to host her, I will still be more than glad to interact with her as if she was being hosted by the same person. (I’m not sure Cinder will even mind.)
But until then, or until the original Mantis Lords blog owner returns, I will be holding off any interaction regarding Orchid. Mere mentions are fine, but intentionally starting interactions including Mantis Lord Orchid as a character are strictly prohibited until one of my two requirements are met.
No, this does not mean I am quitting Pharloomblr. I may be slower at doing things but I am still here. I still always have 3 tumblr tabs open at all times lol- no one should miss me quite yet.
Anyways onto my appreciations:
To the mantis lords original mod Zora: if you see this, i hope you know that the writing you did for all three of the lords was phenomenal, and I could never live up to such. We will await your re-arrival, if that ever does happen. (Of course we will not pressure you into doing so) ( @zora-thesidecharacter)
And to Dryya’s mod Div: i dont know if you care but the way you stepped up to take blogs that I would find impossible to recreate is astounding. I wish you luck in your endeavors. You have no idea how much you and your stupid shenanigans make me laugh. ^^ ( pretend i @ you i kinda forgot your tumblr tag guh)
