(I may be a tad late to this)
September 10 last year was a day I’ll never forget. A lot happened. The most impactful was my father committing suicide. Clearly he was not okay, he may have been overwhelmed, I will never know.
Don’t hesitate to ask someone if they’re okay, whatever day of the year it is. You could save a life by giving someone a person to talk to, to confide in, give them a shoulder to cry on, make them feel like someone does care.
