Day 250/365. It's healthy to admit you're not okay. It's okay to not be okay. It will happen sometimes. But you have to tell yourself that things will be better tomorrow. Even if they're not better tomorrow, keep telling yourself they will be. Because, eventually, they will be. Just remember that you are human. It's okay to have a meltdown. Just don't unpack and live there. Don't let it win. Be sad. Have your moment, your day, or week. Then do something about it and be happy. For yourself. If anything, you need to live for yourself. It's not selfish to love yourself, to take care of yourself, and to make your happiness a priority. It's a necessity. - I read something today that made me think: One of my collage professors used to say, 'anything worth doing, is worth doing poorly'. I didn't understand that for years because I didn't do anything poorly, I couldn't do anything poorly. I had to do everything perfectly. But brushing your teeth for 30 seconds is better than not brushing them at all when that 2 minutes seems exhausting. Doing 10 minutes of yoga is better than 10 minutes of sitting when 30 minutes of cardio sounds impossible. Changing my clothes is good when a whole shower is impossible. Standing on the porch for a few minutes is worth it after being in the house for 3 days straight because I don't have the energy to go anywhere. Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly... Because doing it poorly is better than not doing it at all. - At the end of the day, keep on living, for there is so much this world has to offer. Don't be afraid to ask for help, for we are all on the same road together... #RUOkay #RUOkayDay #Quotes #Rambling #KeepOnLiving #KeepOnFighting #MentalHealth https://www.instagram.com/p/CTmubCPBnHe/?utm_medium=tumblr
