...wow! Just finished the samurai X manga.. Damn that book is deeeep. I thought the shishio arc was the end that could not be topped but there was more!! I drew this after watching the anime a few years ago..even then I thought it was awesome. now going through it again in the manga... UGH I FINALLY FINISHED THIS ARGH I LOST TWO DAYS OF MY LIFE BUT IT WS WORTH IT BUT IT WAS HARD PAINTING WAS SUCH A —

Ahem. 

This was done for the super duper awesome rabidbehemoth. This is her OTP, the only ship that she says that she sails with a burning passion.

Done partly as a belated (?) birthday gift. Or maybe early…

Anyhow, for her general awesomeness and helpfulness (I learn new things from her), I created this beast of an art. ARGH, first time I’ve done something this… taxing. T__T

BUT IT WAS AWESOME!

Anyhow, I can’t draw them faces — so use your imagination. And I planned to draw them in their old age, wrinkly, white-haired, a kind of wishful thinking because of that tearjerker ending on how Kenshin died…

Rurouni Kenshin Live Action Trailer #2

I'm a fan of Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X and this live actions looks good for an anime turned movie. Some character designs are kinda off but I think nobody will ever perfect the anime look. Will have to wait for reviews after it's out.

Kinda weird why they choose Kamen Rider actors for the protags, maybe because they already have background for stunts? No idea. I have to see this for myself and post a review after.
