Well now that we have official evidence of cuddles how does each strawhat initiate it? Like if one is feeling particularly cuddly how do they go about fixing that? -rus (like it could be anybody else lmao)
AY GOOD START
Luffy- hes going to try to make sure the crew member in the target zone(read: sunny) isnt busy. If they look really busy hes going to find Zoro and nap with him lmao. Then if Zoro is busy it would be Law next because he shouldn't be busy, then he just goes down the list until someones available. Or he orders a cuddle pile
Zoro- Is also going to look for someone not busy but he's a bit more shy with it? Like he'll accept affection but asking for it and stuff is still foreign to him(he's getting better) so if Robin or Law are just casually laying out he might meander over there. Or the crew senses it and invites him(read:sanji or Luffy notice)
Nami- her go to is Vivi if shes there but Sanji if Vivi isnt there but if she wants advice its Usopp or Robin if she just wants quiet cuddling Zoro(and Sanji once he settles down) Chopper and Carrot if shes cold, Franky if shes warm(metal is coooollllddddd) and if she wants to be stuck for hours Luffy. Jimbei, Law and Brook dont get to cuddle with her much because someone needs to be the adult 😂
Usopp-they are a lot like Zoro, with Luffy all Usopp has to do is hold his arms out and bam a feral rubber band, affection isnt foreign to them they're just self conscious. But when they're scared its either Luffy Zoro Sanji(law if hes on the ship) and like Nami if hes cold Chopper and Carrot and if he needs to talk Robin and Nami.
Sanji: is still reeling from Judge being a piece of shit so it's hard for him to want to cuddle the guys but Law and Chopper have a way to help him. Exposure Therapy. They are gay and expose their gayness and queerness and Sanji gets used to the idea that he is also queer. They do this by one of the dudes holding him down and rewarding good behavior. But since Sanjis the cook and often busy the crew usually tries their hardest when hes not cooking to cuddle the shit outta him.
Chopper: Loves all of the Robin and Zoro cuddles he gets and often him and Sanji cuddle. But he realized he also loved Carrot cuddles and Vivi cuddles and Law cuddles and Jimbei and Brook-(everyone drops what they're doing usually to hold chopper((god I wish that were me)))
Robin: Shes tactile, one second you're about to stand up and be productive and the next shes laying on your chest and ??? Oya oya oya. Shes like a cat. You have to remain there until shes done. She likes body heat so most of the guys and Nami and Vivis boobs- Everyone. Franky installed heaters for her. Brook wears layers for her and always has hot tea.
Franky- like everything else he does hes very loud. So it kinda goes something like this. "AUWAH. SUUUUUPPPPPPEEEERRRRR WANNA CUDDLE" and whoever can comes to roll call. He just loves his gang
Brook- is all for cuddling but only when the timing is right, like right at bedtime the need strikes and good news!!! Everyone loves to cuddle then. He also likes to cuddle with Robin on watch cause in the middle of the night she says some fucked up shit and he likes to make songs out of it.
Jimbei- is kinda new to this so he really only goes to Luffy or Law or Carrot. Zoro is also someone he likes cuddling with and Nami cause they can both lift him(not the only ones but) and it is awesome.
Carrot-YOU GET A GARCHU YOU GET A GARCHU EVERYBODY GETS A GARCHUUUUUUUU.
Vivi- Nami or Usopp are her go to but if Marco is on board she likes to cuddle with him because hes super funny and sweet. Also Chopper but shes got a feathered friend so she doesnt miss them as much(plus Marco visits when he can)
Law- might have been on board for a bit but is allergic to affection(thanks doffy). So usually a shithead main!hat will wrestle him down. (Luffys known to come from the sky with marcos help to do this) but truth is as much as he bitches my boy is so touch starved.
Marco- had a million and ten brothers he is not afraid to look at the nearest crew member and grumpily demand a hug. Yes sometimes its in the dark library and Usopp almost cried and there was one time Zoro did not sense him and suddenly boom lap full of touch starved Phoenix.
But truth be told they can all be seen even in their sleep reaching for each other and in day to day standing shoulder to shoulder, holding hands or even star gazing
