Ohhh @franksfishies I've been away from Slayers for 20 years so I'd feel bad fucking that up, lol. But here is some TEW, happy V day!! ~

The Keepers collapsed brokenly, and so did Sebastian. He curled in on himself on the steps, hugging his broken ribs. Fucking hammer. It hurt so fucking much everything went dark.

Rough, hot fingers pushed through his hair. Sebastian snapped awake but didn’t have enough strength even to lift his gun. He could only glare back at Ruvik.

“You’re almost there,” Ruvik murmured, his scars tugging against Sebastian’s scalp. “You might as well make it to the end.” 

Sebastian felt twin needles in his neck. Impossible medicine reset his ribs. By the time he could lift his revolver, Ruvik was gone.
