Shoutout to Pushkin for writing this masterpiece.

I really loved this to be honest , I never read something like this before, it’s an intense and catchy experience. It makes you sympathize with Salieri in just few lines, even tho he’s portrayed as the “evil one” here. I suggest you to read it even if you’re not familiar with Mozart and Salieri, it is actually very short (it won’t take you more then ten mins to read) but it leaves you speechless, I have no idea why, maybe it’s just Pushkin’s spell.

I went to Tuscany for the holidays and I stayed at this beautiful mansion, which once belonged to a British woman. There I found a rich collection of books written in English, among which an old copy of War and Peace by Tolstoy. Needless to say, I am now reading War and Peace by Tolstoy. I’ll keep you updated (so far I’m loving Prince Andrei Bolkonsky)
