ΠΠΎΠ»Ρ in Russian means "pain".
There are two different adjectives that are related to Π±ΠΎΠ»Ρ - one is for somebody or something that is experiencing pain, and the other is for something that causes pain.
ΠΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ (adjective) - 1) sick, ill; 2) aching, bad (about a tooth, for example) 3) weak 4) sensitive == someone or something that is in pain
ΠΠΎΠ»Π΅Π·Π½Π΅Π½Π½ΡΠΉ - painful, traumatic, painstaking == something that causes pain
Examples:
ΠΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠ΅Π±ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΊ Π½Π΅ Π΄ΠΎΠ»ΠΆΠ΅Π½ Ρ ΠΎΠ΄ΠΈΡΡ Π² ΡΠΊΠΎΠ»Ρ. A sick child should not go to school.
2. ΠΠΎΡ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½Π°Ρ Π½ΠΎΠ³Π° Π½Π΅ Π΄Π°Π»Π° ΠΌΠ½Π΅ ΡΡΠ½ΡΡΡ. My bad leg didn't let me sleep.
3. Π£ ΡΠ΅Π±Ρ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ Π²ΠΈΠ΄ - ΠΈΠ΄ΠΈ Π΄ΠΎΠΌΠΎΠΉ! You look sick, go home!
4. ΠΡΠΎ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠΉ Π²ΠΎΠΏΡΠΎΡ Π΄Π»Ρ Π½Π°Ρ, Π½Π΅ Π±ΡΠ΄Π΅ΠΌ Π³ΠΎΠ²ΠΎΡΠΈΡΡ ΠΎΠ± ΡΡΠΎΠΌ. It is a sensitive topic for us, let's not talk about it.
