Rusty Ruins Act 3
Guys remember Sonic 3D Flickies Island? Well it was the first Sonic game I'd played. Probably the first game i'd beaten too. Was it a great game? In retrospect it was a bit repetitive, the part that holds up best to me is the presentation. I was fascinated by the graphics and use to imagine so many what-ifs when looking at the scenery; Rusty Ruins just made me think about deep stuff like, What was life before i came here? What are the stories behind the statues? What's it like for the rats living in the jars? Obviously that's what happens when you're young, you fill in the blanks. I like thinking about those minute details even if they didn't mean anything in the first place.
This is my interpretation of how it would look to revisit that place several years on, and if the bosses remains were still left behind.
