when i read the grapes of wrath during my junior year i imagined the joads singing Apples to the Core (specifically tom joad as applejack, ruthie + winfield as apple bloom, ma joad as granny smith) and jim casy singing pinkie pie's part, and it made my reading experience more fun even when there were the grim deaths
