yang xiao long as rapunzel
before discovering that yang's character was inspired by goldilocks, i swore that she had something related to rapunzel from tangled, i don't know why, maybe because of her big, shiny hair and appearance too, which makes her hair shine (burn, but whatever) just like rapunzel's when she uses her healing powers. but i can't help saying that the two characters do look very similar, and honestly i would love to read an adaptation of tangled for the bumbleby ship, where yang would be rapunzel with her long golden hair and blake could be flynn, running away from adam that forced her to steal, or some similar plot. i've found some on ao3 but they're oneshots or short stories, and i'm really talking about an adaptation of the entire film. (maybe not the entire film but more... similar? the stories i read are a bit different from the reality of the film, idk how to explain it 🥲) LIKE LOOK AT THIS EDITION I MADE, I JUST CAN'T UNSEE YANG IN THIS PICTURE, THE HUGE HAIR, THE BIG EYES- IT'S LITERALLY THE SAME THING!! i'm sure yang was EXACTLY LIKE THIS when she was born. CHANGE MY MIND.
