Ryoga couldn’t help but chuckle slightly. Ranma was just as stubborn and hot-headed as he was; he’d rather die fighting than give up and turn tail so easily.
That determination was contagious.
Ryoga’s hardened glare turned from his rival to the blonde foreigner in front of them. Cracking his neck and knuckles threateningly, he smirked, “Ey there, blondie! Haven’tcha ever heard’a treatin’ yer hosts with respect?”
When the foreigner didn’t answer, Ryoga lunged towards him with lightning speed, fists raised. “Ya don’t come inta our country an’ attack my friend!” he roared. He threw a punch at the foreign fighter that surely would have left a hole in his chest.
Ryoga blinked in confusion. Where the hell did he go?! People don’t just disappear out of thin air. His eyes darted every which way to try and spot his enemy.
Suddenly, he felt a sharp pain in his back and he let out a cry of pain. The foreigner’s foot drilled into Ryoga’s lower back, sending him crashing into a concrete wall. He lay still for just a moment.
Shrugging off rubble, he groaned as he came around and rolled over onto his chest, glaring at his attacker. How could that man move with such speed?! And his strength... he easily matched Ryoga, if he wasn’t stronger.
This wasn’t going to be easy.
