Giana —

31. How easily do they forgive themselves after making a mistake and how easily do they forgive others?

It really depends on the mistake and who’s affected. For the most part though, she’s quick to forgive and move on to solving the issue (but if you’re close with her there WILL be teasing involved). She never forgives herself though.

Mary —

8. What is their perspective on religion and the concept of God

My headcannon is that majority of th clover kingdom is quite pagan, but obviously religion differs between households. Both Giana and Mary are raised in a religious, Christian household. Actually this is where Gianas alienation stems from!

As for Mary in particular, it was more of an obligation and a daily part of her life. After her big breaking point in the tournament, she begins to distance herself from the family and her traditional way of life. (This is a spoiler), later on she begins to come back to religion and understands why it’s important to her as a person and she comes to take faith seriously, but at the same time can’t stand people like her parents who use it to discriminate.
