But when Scott Caan fiercely encourages and protects the ensemble mentality on set while seamlessly driving the energy of the show with charisma. Or when @ryan_j_broussard keeps us laughing with some of the funniest fucking improv, knowing full well that laughter will keep us sane as we handle heavy material. Or when @missalishaahamed comes to set on her day off just to support the team, literally stopping at each department to say hello and shower praise on them. Or when @petey_gibson lights up an entire room so much that everyone on set repeatedly says things like "I miss Petey." Or when Diana Bang slays a comedic scene and then subsequently has a deep ass supportive conversation about life with you. Or when @fivel_stew injects much needed levity into your day because she can't stop laughing at you fake typing. Or when @reedanthiessen makes funny faces at you from across the room not knowing how healing her joy is. When those kinds of things happen, family is possible. We worked hard to become this unit and I am so damn proud to call them my show family. It's a privilege to love and learn from this remarkable cast.

We're also so damn lucky to welcome @malcolmjamalwar and @megalyn onto the team. The way these two just jumped in and filled their roles with such ease and ferocity was incredible to watch.
