Week 10

We had an additional selection of the exhibition works printed and the wonderful Strange Neighbour has generously lent us their walls for surprise guerrilla paste-up exhibition today!  Check it out before the spring rains wash them all away - corner of Gore and Kerr Streets in Fitzroy.

Week 3.

Natural and urban landscapes.

For week 3 the students and I discussed representation through images of the natural and urban landscape with a focus on local artist Siri Hayes (image 1) and Rosemary Laing (image 2). We walked the streets of Collingwood capturing images of the students ideas around how they see the urban landscape they exist within.
