Hey, guess what?

We got married!

Wedding.

For the past week, all I had been thinking was my wedding and who will be contributing to make my day possible.

The other day while I was cleaning my room, I found this whole container full of jewellery. I found my pearl earrings and three sets of pearl necklaces. I wore my pearl earrings (they're fake btw) and chose of my my pearl necklaces, put them on, wore my white dress and applied my new favourite red lipstick. I tied my hair and created a bun and smiled.

 Weird.

I know that I am definitely going to be married. That's a no brainer but I had been fantasizing about this concept that the thought of tying the knot became an everyday ritual at work.

I have no idea how I survived work this week. All I did was type continuously without actually paying attention to my work because my brain was unconsciously thinking about how my wedding day will turn out.

Every girl dreams of having a perfect one. But I want something simple. Just a few friends and family invited, wedding reception will be at a small community hall with balloons and a massive banner congratulating the newly weds. 

I guess, day dreaming about my wedding is pretty normal for someone whose only witnessed two weddings in her 22 years of existence.

I dont mind having the simplest wedding. It doesnt have to be grand and fairytale-like. Just you and me in front of a crowd celebrating the day of officially being together as "Mr. & Mrs." is worth a million.

I cant wait.

And then...

I rarely write any cutiepatootie shit here because Ryan and I have our own "Online Journal" for all our mushy-related posts. I do, however post mild inlavey posts here whenever I feel like sharing my romantic side. I remember posting a lot of me+him stuff here when I first started using my tumblr but it transitioned from being a normal/personal blog, to an inspiration blog.. and now just a whatever (fashion-music-funny-but mostly artsy fartsy stuff) blog.

As I keep backtracking, I have come to realise that all these romantic couple stuff and LDR posts are making me extremely emo. Now, I am craving for something romantic. Something that'll make me bawl my eyes out. Not that I am being crazy or being overly emotional, I think I am just experiencing what some of you may call the "Missing-someone-because-of-mushy-love-tumblr-posts" stage.

Tomorrow is going to be a massive day for me. I'm going to this "miraculous' church 2 hours away from where I live and my mum and I have to leave early because we're going to ride a hired bus to get there... with other old people.

It is going to be my very first "pilgrimage"-like activity since ... forever? And I am pretty excited, cos its a great time for me to unwind after being sick for a week and experiment on taking photos using my point & shoot (which I've been wanting to do since I figured out how to operate it properly, I guess) and also to pray because thats the purpose of going there.

Im still reading Eat, Love and Pray. I'm actually learning a lot of Italian phrases but you know, I still have gazillions of chapters to read. Who knows, maybe after reading the book and learning two other languages spoken in the book, I might start conversations with random strangers using native Indonesian phrases.

So anyway Im going to tumblr away like a normal day :) Good evening everyone :)

11) Your current relationship, if single, discuss how single life is.

My relationship with Ryan is what I call: The Almost Perfect Relationship.

We get along really well. We respect each other's opinions and we dont let our opinions ruin our relationship. We would always have a debate on something but we make sure that we're just discussing things, not fighting.

Our families may not be as closed as it used to but because of US being together, we've connected our families again. I think Lola Isay (My grandmother) and Lola Toyang (His grandmother) are happy to see that we've created a close bond between our side and their side.

I guess you're wondering why I said, "Almost Perfect Relationship"

I've already said this before, we're not perfect because there is no such thing as perfect. We have our flaws. Geez, we argue when things are going really blurry. And also, I admit that distance is the only thing blocking us from each other but since we are very strong individuals and since God is the center/foundation of our relationship, we dont worry too much. Love is what keeping us together (plus, trust communication honesty and yadiyadiyah but thats already given).

So yeh. We're not entirely perfect, but we are near perfection. Almost there.
