if i have to be honest, ryu gunwoo isn't the i will die or kill for you type of fan. he's more like the i will do my best to keep you famous type of fan.

how did he encounter you in the first place? it started when he got a request from another fan to take pictures of your group member. but the moment his lens caught your smiling face, ryu gunwoo realized one thing: he was fucked.

not because he did something bad, but because he felt like he was being dragged into a deep hole with no escape route.

and the worst thing? he liked it.

he loved everything about you-your vocals, your dancing, the way you looked in every single frame he captured.

he liked it so much that he built a fan page just for you... and started quietly stalking your steps.

gunwoo isn't a violent yandere; he would never hurt you. despite the indifferent, stone-cold expression he wears at every performance, he sees you as something precious that needs to be preserved and protected.

but that doesn't change the fact that he can be deeply unsettling. like that one time you posted a picture of a random riverbank during your vacation? by the next day, gunwoo had traveled there, taken a photo from the exact same angle, and uploaded it to his page.

everyone online thought his admiration was adorable. but deep down, gunwoo knew just how suffocating his actions really were.

yet, instead of feeling repulsed by his own behavior, he had zero intention of stopping.

I finally started reading debut or die by baek deok-su (same author as GSGW) bc someone recommended it to me a while ago, and so far it’s pretty good!

I have to ask though… why is the hidden villain in all of BDS-nim’s stories always capitalism…?😭
