RYU SEONJAE X IM SOL
Please like/reblog If you save...thank you^^
Sol, Seonjae and Taeseong's fates were indeed intertwined.
I will never not weep about Soljae and their love that echoes through time and space, but it's so touching to me how Taeseong was the key to break their loop of misery.
Sol saved Taeseong by giving him a friend to count on and helping him step onto the path that would lead him to his purpose, and that made Taeseong able to help her in return by being part of her support system and protecting both her and Seonjae, finally putting an end to their twisted fate.
At the end of the day, love - in its purest form, as that overflowing and everlasting feeling that binds us to the most important people in our lives, be it family, friends or partners - really does conquer all.
Do you know why I love Seonjae and Taeseong? Because they're so damn perceptive. They notice things, remember them and put the pieces together when they've enough informations.
I watched too many dramas with purposely clueless characters, even and especially when it didn't make any sense for them to be so unaware, so both Seonjae and Taeseong are a breath of fresh air for me.
Lovely Runner gets better as you rewatch it cause it just dawned on me that in this scene in episode 1 Seonjae was not asking Sol if she knew the idol Seonjae but him, Ryu Seonjae, the person who saved her life.
And the dejected little sigh he lets out when she says she doesn't... 🥹
In the bridge scene, too, for a moment he probably hoped Sol would tell him she was grateful to him for saving her life.
He wanted Sol to say she remembered him.
This the face of a man who would have been ready to be taken right then and there
Timelines change but Seonjae's simp loserism never will
I really hope us "OG timeline Seonjae was actually murdered" theorists won't have to put our clown wig on in the future
